The staff were so helpful. Although the restaurant was not open the evening we were there, one of them arranged for us to have a light dinner. They made extra effort to make sure our needs were accommodated which was really appreciated.

Helpful reception staff. Some English spoken. Convenient location for combining trips to Albi, Carcassonne, Castres, and even to Millau and the Tarn gorges. In-room tea/coffee making and air-conditioning appreciated. Decent buffet breakfast with good choice/variety and plentiful food and drinks. Good pool, good parking, both free.
Rather dangerous exit by car; care needed. Dinner not as successful as breakfast - some items not available, and only average quality cuisine. Room drab and on the small side - little circulation and storage space, and no safe. Bathroom had clearly seen better days. Musty smell in corridors. Overall impression - public areas are ok but rooms and corridors need a facelift and spruce-up. Would have appreciated at least one English language channel on tv, even if it had to be cnn! .

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and well-equipped room with huge flatscreen TV, aircon, good bedding. The hotel has a spacious parking area, a bar/lounge, a TV room, and a small terrace, which were all nice amenities. Also, the location was convenient and met my expectations.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel was located in a convenient area with many facilities available within walking distance. the room was well equipped and comfortable with modern amenities. the bathroom was clean and had a great walk-in shower. the staff were friendly and responded quickly to any issues. A spacious parking area was provided free of charge.
One negative aspect was that the breakfast was not included in the price of the room, which was not properly communicated.

The hotel is well positioned just a short drive from nearby attractions. The rooms were cozy with large TV screens and comfortable beds. Free and reliable Wi-Fi added to the experience.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The bathrooms were small and needed improvement, with little space around the basin.

The hotel had ample parking and was located within walking distance of a small village that was pleasant to visit. the room was well equipped with modern amenities such as a large TV and air conditioning. We especially enjoyed the walk-in shower, which had good water pressure.
The hotel fell short in many areas. When we arrived, we were told that the kitchen was closed, even though we were looking forward to a meal after a long day of travel.
